All purchases must be paid in full prior to shipping. We reserve the right to cancel any orders in the event that we suspect the payment is fraudulent.
By purchasing from us you are entering into a contract and may not rescind payment via Credit Card charge backs in the event of late or damaged delivery. We make every effort to ensure all items are delivered to you quickly but we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other couriers we may use.
We make all efforts to ensure that goods are well packaged so they arrive without damaged, however replacement of an item lost or damaged in transit will be at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.
In accordance with both EEC and Australian Standards, Eschenbach optical and low vision aids all carry a 12 month warranty from date of purchase.
All our products are warranted against mechanical and electrical defects for a minimum of 12 months from the date of purchase. Faulty products should be returned to the place of purchase and proof of purchase must be presented. Please quote the model number in all correspondence. Returned products damaged by poor packaging are the responsibility of the sender.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge provided the fault was not caused by misuse, improper handling, negligence, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or by any modifications made by the purchaser. The warranty does not cover consumables such as bulbs, tubes or batteries. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

We offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in new condition suitable for resale. Manuals, packaging and accessories must accompany the product returned. Please note that all returns, refunds, exchange requests and repair requests must be accompanied by original proof of purchase documents.
If you cannot produce proof that the goods were purchased from European Eyewear we won't be able to give you a refund or exchange.
When goods are returned, European eyewear will refund payment made for those goods, by the same method used for the purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days of European Eyewear receiving the returned goods.
If you receive your goods and you find that it is not suitable for your needs, you must inform our Customer Support Team within 14 days from the invoice date of your intention to return the goods. Goods must be returned undamaged and in their original condition. We do not cover the cost of the return postage fee to us. We recommend you use registered post or courier to send the goods back to us.
